Updated {12/28/08} -- WHOA! It's been like 3 years since I've updated this thing and I just want to say that I'm sorry but this will be the last update! I changed the layout and this will be my goodbye to you all! I thought about just taking the whole thing down, but I know that there are some people that still visit here as I've gotten emails and comments on my livejournal about some fics. But this will be it, I hope you enjoy the new and final layout. Peace!

Updated {8/14/05} -- Yay! New Layout! H/D Manips used are by Under The Willow and Eneada. Thank you, guys! Added 5 new recs, 1 post-HBP fiction and 4 regular. Up to 40 recs, woot! Enjoy!

Updated {7/21/05} -- Added 3 new recs, one post-HBP (I finished it, yay!) and two regular. I also added a new link. Enjoy!

Updated {7/10/05} -- Not much, just added two recs (haven't read too much since the last update, waiting for HBP) and I also added a new link to the links section. enjoy!

Hey, this is my H/D Fiction Rec Site, it used to be my blog spot, but I find that I no longer want to do that, so I want to put my space to actual use, so why not make an archive of the many Harry/Draco Fiction that I read? Even if nobody reads my recs, I suppose it'll be a good directory for my favorite stories, right? right. I plan to update every week.

Title: Twice Upon A Timenew
Author: Kimberjingle
Rating: NC-17
Length: VERY LONG; 8 chapters; WIP
Summary: An accident sends our schoolboy hero back in time and a small group is sent to attempt to retrieve him. But now with parents and a loving family who needs him, we he choose to return to the present with the one he loves to a war on the horizon where he is the only one to help save a race of wizards? Of course he would...but even at the cost of not remembering his family, the one he loves, or any of his past life including himself?
Why I recommend:Oh My God, Kimberjingle, just marry me. Now. What? I don't care if you're already married. This story is so complicated and complex, that it's simplyenthralling. Novella at it's best. If anyone has read my review for The Way In by Kim then you'll understand my obssession with her writing. I am such a fan of Time Travel fictions (I don't see many) so it was such a treat to find that Kimberjingle had started on this new novel. This one's shaping up to be one of the best ones of hers I've read and I've read ALL OF THEM. Well except for that other WIP she's written. I will start on that in a bit.
My Description: Did you not read the summary? Plus, any description that I'd write for any of Kim's fics wouldn't be satisfactory enough. The ficton speaks for itself, really.

Title: Those One Lovesnew
Author: Spark of Chaos
Rating: NC-17
Length: 10,817 words; One Shot; Completed
Summary: Those you love can hurt you in the most painful way. And yet, sometimes revenge isn't all that sweet, and you are left unsatisfied, hollow and wanting something you are too scared to name. Could it be that you are simply not ready to move on and leave the person, who has caused your suffering, in the past?
Why I recommend:This is such a love story. Spark of Chaos gives new meaning to the term "unrequited love." It is so eartbreak how Harry is undeniably in love with Draco, but Draco just doesn't want to see it, unless of course he's forced to. And when he finally is, Harry plans to make him regret ignoring his real feelings. This story is so in tuned with Harry and Draco that I felt this is how they would actually react to each other, even in canon.
My Description: Post-Hogwarts. Harry and Draco are now flat mates. No romance except for the occasional fuck every now and then. Draco's fine with it and he thinks Harry is too. When a serious accident occurs that puts Harry in a coma for week, Draco has the chance to reflect on his past with Harry (or lack there of). Upon cleaning Harry room he comes across Mr. Potter's Journal, which causes a chain of events that go spiraling out of control.

Title: Precipicenew
Author: Coffeejunkii
Rating: PG-13
Length: N/A words; 5 chapters; Completed
Summary: You can only go so far before you fall.
Why I recommend:I am very fond of H/D MPREG, plus Coffeejunkii's writing enthralls me all of the time. Every piece that I read of hers puts me in a very undescribable mood. She has a way with words that just make you feel very powerful emotions. This is another great example of that.
My Description: Post-Hogwarts, MPREG. Harry and Draco are on the run after Draco is accused of murder during the second War. After Draco is found to be very ill, Harry takes him to his only hope as of now, Hermione. With a baby on the way, Draco being ill, and being wanted convicts time of is of the essence and so is love.

Title: Maybe Babynew
Author: Fran
Rating: R
Length: N/A words; 7 chapters; Completed
Summary: None Given
Why I recommend:I already stated that am very partial to H/D MPREg. So guess what? Here's another one. MPREG, becoming more popular and popular in the HP verse has been done many times, but with this story the explanation given as to why Harry can get preganant at all, was a very inportant factor to me. I love Harry and Draco's interaction to each other and the baby in this too.
My Description: Post-Hogwarts. Draco and Harry are married and they have a wondeful relationship. At Harry's birthday party, Hermione and Ginny start to notice Harry's odd behavior and Hermione (being the person that she is) decides to investigate.

Title: Another Detournew
Author: Ociwen
Rating: NC-17
Length: 3,100 words; One Shot; Completed
Summary: Harry makes his own detour to investigate Malfoy a second time.
Why I recommend:Has been the best Post-HBP H/D fiction that I have read so far. Ociwen uses the elements and mood of exactly where HBP left off from, really really well. It's that fear and the obsession, and that mystery there. It makes us want to go on another detour through Harry's mind, and that of Draco's after the traumatic events that have happened. This version is the shorter version done exclusively for the pornish_pixies Livejournal community. The whole and much longer version can be found here.
My Description: Harry's staying at the Burrow after the events from his 6th year. After a tip off from Tonks that she's seen Malfoy sneaking around Hogwart's area, Harry decided to take things into his own hands and investigate what Malfoy's up to ... again.

Title: Nine Days Till Christmasnew
Author: Rurounihime
Rating: NC-17
Length: N/A words; 9 chapters; Completed
Summary: Harry decides to be very straight-forward about what he wants. Unfortunately, the answer he gets is more than a little disappointing. Now he has nine days to turn things around.
Why I recommend: This was so cute anf fluffy! Coffeejunkii had reccommended it to me one day because I was feeling down and yucky. This made my day a whole lot better! As you can probably tell by most of my recs, I am an angst!ridden kindof girl. I love all that dark stuff, but this was very cheerful and happy (and for the holiday season to boot!). Not to mention Rurounihime's writing is absolutely excellent. She's written a many of things that are absolutely wonderful. You should check her other stories out after you finish this one. It's just a great read to put you in a good mood!
My Description: Harry decides that he's indeed smitten with Malfoy. After defeating Voldemort, Harry and Draco become great friends and Harry's convinced that Draco likes him too, and decides to tell him. After denying Harry's claim that he's gay (yeah right, Draco), Harry figures he has nine days till Christmas Hols to prove to Draco that he's good boyfriend material.

Title: Never End Till We're Dust
Author: Furiosity
Rating: NC-17
Length: 20,700 words; 3 chapters; Completed
Summary: This is a story about mistakes, trust, and maybe even second chances.
Why I recommend:My first post-Half-Blood Prince fiction. This is a sad moment. Ok, it's over. This fanfiction is so good, and it fits completely with the mood of how I felt when HBP ended. If you haven't read HBP yet, this is kindof spoiler heavy, so you may want to avoid it. Furiosity is such a great author, this was a wonderful start to the new things that are going to be happening in the fandom.
My Description: Ten years post-war, Harry's working for the ministry, and living with Draco who is a news reporter for the Daily Prophet. After finding something out from Hermione which is life altering, Harry thinks back on things, and whether he wouldv'e done things differently. In regards to his life, and Draco.

Title: Green eyes
Author: Anj
Rating: NC-17
Length: 2,532 words; One Shot; Completed
Summary: No summary given.
Why I recommend:Oh lord, Jealous!Harry is so hot. And Blatant "I-don't-give-a-fuck"!Draco is even hotter. I love angry sex, and this is basically what this is. There's not much to it, that's why it doesn't really have a summary. It's sort of straight foward.
My Description: During an inter-house relationship party at slytherin (party long, party hard!) Harry sees his 'boyfriend', Draco Malfoy being felt up by one Blaise Zabini. After grabbing him up for an exclamation, smutty things ensue. Fun read!

Title: Ropes to Climb over Mountains
Author: Coffee Junkii
Rating: PG-13
Length: 2,500+ words; One Shot; Completed
Summary: Lately you’ve been on my mind, You showed me the rope, Ropes to climb over mountains, And to pull myself out of a landslide.
Why I recommend: I don't usually rec ficlets like this, but the mood that Coffee Junkii creates is so heartfelt. The feeling of hopelessness in this fic is the thing that pulled me in to read this. The Angst and the thought that there's something to hold onto, made me love her Harry and Draco even more. So very tainted, yet very beautiful.
My Description: Harry can't sleep at night and neither can Draco. Meeting each other at night might seem simple, but to these two, it's one of the only things that they have to keep them going. Christmas is approaching, and both wonder whether they'll have to say goodbye.

Title: Beyond Wild Moor and Fen
Author: Furiosity
Rating: NC-17
Length: 50,210 words; One Shot; Completed
Summary: In the summer before Harry Potter's sixth year at Hogwarts, something relatively inconsequential causes him to wonder if he'd been barking up the wrong tree the whole time, as far as girls went. As the year progresses - amongst activities geared towards house unity, nefarious Slytherin plots, and dealing with the loss of loved ones - Harry begins to wonder if perhaps giving people a chance isn't so scary, after all. What does all that have to do with Draco Malfoy? Why, everything, of course.
Why I recommend: As you know by now most likely, this story is also apart of the Big Bang,Baby! Post-OotP H/D Challenge. with good reason too. The whole point of the Bing Bang challenge, was to show the angst, the anger and the solemnity of the two boys' relationship after the aftermath of the conclusion of The Order of the Phoenix. Furiosity does this so so well. I can feel the tension and the hatred crackling off of both Harry and Draco in this story. It so intense, but yet so subtle that it makes this story a real treat to get through. If you like angry!Harry and Draco getting it on, then this is for you!
My Description: Harry doesn't understand why all of a sudden he's dreaming of guys instead of having his fantasies focus on girls like he's been doing. He only prays that it'll stop. When he doesn't notice that Cho is at his own birthday party, his thoughts really start to wonder whether's he ever liked girls at all. The fact that Malfoy's starting to be nice to him is bad enough, but does it really bother him all that much?

Title: Never Changed
Author: Sleeping In The Cold (long name, much?)
Rating: R
Length: 24,109 words; 10 chapters; WIP
Summary: Avy Potter has always hated her fathers many girlfriends, and never knew her father was bisexual. When her father's 'friend' becomes more then a friend, Avy finds her world going Topsy Turvy.
Why I recommend: I like when Harry and/or Draco has a kid with someone else, but circumstances come where their partner either died/left them/etc etc, and then either Draco or Harry comes into the picture and becomes their other parent. It very touching, and a much more believeable situation than Mpreg. Plus, I like Avy, that kids gets the short end of the stick in this man, Harry's not a good father at all. Maybe Draco can help?
My Description: All-Star Quidditch player, Harry Potter goes through girlfriend after girlfriend, to hide the fact that he's really been in love with one man all along, Draco Malfoy. But with a famous name in the Wizarding World, a daughter to raise, and keeping his reputation as a straight quidditch player, can he really risk coming out of the closet?

Title: The Way In
Author: Kimberjingle
Rating: Hard NC-17 (I don't know how much harder you can get than this one ladies and gents)
Length: VERY LONG; 19 Chapters; Completed
Summary: Post Hogwarts. The Boy who Lived is now a detective in London living for the daily grind among muggles. When Draco Malfoy calls for a Meeting with Hermione Granger to discuss a new threat to wizards of which he is a part, Harry and Draco find out about the next evil...and of each other. How far will one go to have what they've always wanted? Facing a struggle to survive a terminal illness takes its toll and sometimes love may not be enough.
Why I recommend: Oh God, there are so many reasons, but I couldn't list them all if I wanted to get up any time soon. This H/D novel to me, was perfection. I absolutely LOVED this fanfic. It was so heart wrenching and moving, and it was so very real. I cried so hard while reading this, like I was in mourning or something. It just was THAT Good. So good that I think I'll keep it at the top of my recs, even when I update to list more. I've even had the pleasure of talking to Kim about her writing and such and she's such a great person, a real sweetheart, a real nut though. *smooches Kim* Her Website is chalk full of VERY V. V. Long H/D novels for your enjoyment. She takes pleasure in her writing, and it shows. I've also read most of her novels, because I couldn't stay away, but I think this one hit me the hardest yet. here's more to come, she has reassured me, so I won't be surprised to be blown away yet again.
My Description: *lazeh* I can't get much more descriptive than that long narrative she gave as a summary! XD

Title: Hall of Mirrors
Author: Ella Bane
Rating: NC-17
Length: 47,868 words; One Shot; Completed
Summary: In the summer before Harry Potter's sixth year, he confronts a frightfully suspicious wizarding world, where friends are strangers, mirrors hide secrets, and enemies become lovers.
Why I recommend: One of my favorites of the summer so far. This was an exquisitely composed piece by the lovely, Ella Bane. It seems as if I say anything at all it might spoil the richness of the beautiful Post OotP tale. I truly enjoyed reading this, so much in fact that I read it again, and I don't do that a lot. But this was so well written and for the Big Bang,Baby! Post-OotP H/D Challenge. It lies with 3 other beautiful Novella, where it belongs. If you are a true shipper, you'll want to visit there. Also has tons of art concerning the fics that participated in the challenges. The site is a real treat.
My Description: Harry's 16th Birthday is right around the corner, and between dealing with the Dursleys and his down hearted feelings concerning Sirius, Harry makes the tread to the Burrow where he is unpleasantly surprised by the arrival of One Draco Malfoy. UST ensues and secrets are abound as the Boy Who Lived and his friends notice strange happenings and they think that Malfoy's right in the middle of it, and why is Ginny acting so strange?

Title: The Ebony Box
Author: Dahlia
Rating: NC-17
Length: N/A words; 12 chapters; WIP
Summary: (Sequel to Power Play) Harry and Draco are secretly dating, Ron and Hermione are having relationship issues, Lucius Malfoy is plotting and You-Know-Who is about to make a comeback.
Why I recommend: ANGST RIDDEN, I love angst so much that it should be a sin. The hateful yet loving relationship that Harry and Draco seem to have in this novel astounds me. The scenes were so tangible in my mind when I read through the scenes, which it a mighty feat for an author to reach. To be able to make your reader actually envision your scenes involves alot of talent on your part. The great smut is a plus too XD
My Description: Harry and Draco try to deal with everything that might affect the way they pursue their relationship, or in other words when they'd be able to get the next snog in. With both the boys trying to keep their relationship a secret, their desire for each other becomes stronger but with a price of course.. Desire and carnal pleasures are one thing, but are the boys ready to throw love in the mix? and what of Voldemort and Lucius Malfoy, both boys might have to make some decisions that they aren't ready to make.

Title: So Far Away
Author: Gwenling
Rating: NC-17
Length: 146,632 words; 37 chapters; Completed

Summary: Interesting things can happen when you're away from everyone and everything you know.
Why I recommend: Eh? This is one of those fun recs that I throw in every couple of serious stories that I rec. I just thought I'd put a fun AU in here. They're always fun. Read my description and you'll know what I mean.
My Description: This one's an Alternate Universe, no magic! Yay. Draco and Harry are just regular teens that live next door to each other and go to the same school, and discover their sexuality together and all that rot. And through all that they discover true love. Isn't it grand? Yeah, I thought so too.

Title: A Different Kind of You
Author: Devon May
Rating: NC-17
Length: N/A words; 10 chapters; WIP
Summary: Harry needs to get away, and when he does, he meets Draco Malfoy ... who apparently died six years ago.
Why I recommend: This might sound like a weird reason, but I'll explain. Devon May is...well she's british. She knows what she's talking about when she goes to write certain things for Harry and Draco's dialogue, which is always a plus for me. (Tip: One way to win me over is great dialogue between the Slytherin Prince and The Boy Who Lived. and well...if that doesn't work you could always try dirty talk. *ahem*) Anyway, Devon May has some awesome scenes in the beginning of the story that just roped me in for the rest.
My Description: This might also sound bad at first, but this story reminds me a lot of Left My Heart (don't toss me yet!), but in completely different ways. In this Draco also leaves the Wizarding World, but under the delusion that he's six feet under. When Harry takes a vacation away from his job at the ministry, he runs into someone that reminds him a lot of his old nemesis. While getting to know him, he realizes that he never new the real Draco Malfoy and slowly begins to form feelings for the blond. But Draco has a secret of his own, can his and Harry's newfound relationship withstand Draco's truths?

Title: Left My Heart
Author: Emma Grant
Rating: NC-17
Length: N/A words; 10 chapters; Complete
Summary: Post-Hogwarts. Auror Draco Malfoy has disappeared, and Harry Potter has been sent to find him.
Why I recommend: Oh boy, I don't know why I recommended this so late in the game. This piece of H/D novella is one of the most sought after and read fanfictions in the H/D community (so if you're new to the ship and don't mind a lot of hard Harry/Draco smut, this fic might be a great one to start with;). I won't even go into Emma's writing style, because it is uniqueLY her own and cannot be described in mere shipper words, but I will rather focus on her reliability in the fandom. If Emma says that she will update next week, then expect to see the fanfic's update very early on that same day. I know that I can expect a good read from emma because she already knows what she's doing, she's not just writing on the whim, she has a planned out, thought out plot for her stories and I know that they will never be 'unfinished'. She also has the sequel Surrender the Gray up now on her livejournal until she is completed with the series, then it'll be moved to her website.
My Description: A very blatant Draco leave his past and the wizarding world behind him in order to find himself. Top Auror Harry Potter leaves to the same place, but not for the same reason; to find Draco Malfoy. After the two long time rivals find each other, they grow into a relationship that turns down a lot of different paths, from friendship, to companionship, maybe even lovers? But is this relationship safe, even to the legendary Boy Who Lived?

Title: One of Your Fathers
Author: Dacro & other various authors
Rating: PG-13
Length: N/A words; 5 chapters; WIP
Summary: After a trip to the healer about his case of the 'flu', a pregnant Harry tries to figure out the best way to tell Draco that he's going to be a father.
Why I recommend: The main reason for reccing this one, is because it's hilarious. Between Harry's moodswings and the Trio-plus-Draco's interactions are great. I especially love how each chapter of this is completed by different people, but it seems to flow so nicely together. You have to have real talent for that. Oh and plus it's Mpreg:)
My Description: Harry's been feeling sick for some time, and when he finally gets the nerves up to visit a Mediwizard, he get the shock of his life. Fatherhood! So now his husband, Draco and he have to deal with all the things that come with being pregnant, and the fame of being a Malfoy and a Potter!

Title: Harry Potter and the Children of the Future
Author: Ahja Reyn
Rating: R
Length: 40,537 words; 15 chapters; WIP
Summary: In Harry's 7th year, children from the future suddenly appear at Hogwarts and one of them claims to be Harry's son. Problem is, Harry isn't the only father...
Why I recommend: *Thinks hard*...Um...this story is...interesting. It's weird, and I mean that in a good way. and Draco and Harry's animosity is prceless, as are everyone's "future" offspring. I've been following this story since it's first chapter, and I'm still trying to figure it out. It you want a puzzle, you might want to try this one.
My Description: Just a regular day of classes, until suddenly unknown students just show up in classes, and everyone (especially the trio) are wondering what the f*ck is going on? Everyone soon finds out that it is their children of the future. Except no one really know why they're even their, not even the children...well except a certain Malfoy-Potter child.

Title: Angels and Devils
Author: Beren
Rating: NC-17
Length: 52,335 words; 10 chapters; Complete
Summary: Harry defeated Voldemort: his act of heroism is famous throughout the wizarding world. He’s trying to finish his final year at Hogwarts in peace, but something peculiar is happening to him, something he never would have expected. It's all rather embarrassing and making his life very complicated.
Why I recommend: Ok, well as you all should know by now, I have some sort of obsession with most of Beren's works. I have read most of her works atleast twice, because most of them are very long and I enjoy novel length. If any of you has heeded my recs for this woman, you should have all figured out when you read "Author:Beren", that you were in for a real treat. I was so happy to start the new year off with something of hers that she hadn't released yet. Also, Beren has this fondness of turning Harry into magical creatures. That all I'm letting on. *wink*
My Description: After defeating Voldemort, Harry feels that he can live his seventh year at hogwarts in peace. Doesn't he know by now that nothing is that simple? Something is occuring within Harry that will change his world for ever. He soon finds out that another is dealing with a similiar crisis, but what does one have to do with the other?

Title: What Family Means
Author: Winsome
Rating: NC-17
Length: N/A words; 22 chapters; Complete
Summary: Harry spends the summer at a whorehouse and returns to Hogwarts very different. Draco fancies himself in love with this new effeminate boy. MPREG.
Why I recommend: Harry's a prostitute...hehe...*ahem* I've been wanting to rec "What Family Mean" since forever. I love this piece, because Winsome, to me really seems to be able to get into Harry's head. To me, Harry is a very important character, and his actions and thoughts are very important to me when I read H/D. Draco is important as well, but I don't think he's as complex. Winsome does a good job of actually giving me Harry's thought. Also Harry and Draco's "love" is not really clean and pure (...yet). It's sortof messy, and undefined. It's delicious, and saucy, and I love it. Winsome's an awesome writer <3
My Description: Harry runs away from the Dursley's and ends up at a brothel. He gains friends..as well as sexual experience, which helps him to find himself. When he returns to hogwarts, a certain blond boy seems to be enamoured with this all-new Harry. Enamoured, maybe even in love?

Title: The Anointed Prince
Author: Decadence
Rating: R
Length: 63,115 words; 10 chapters; WIP
Summary: Faced with his upcoming crowning, and his kingdom on the edge of war, Prince Draco Malfoy must find the perfect spouse to rule by his side.
Why I recommend: This story, is very unique in it's plot and setting, and Decadence gives her characters depth especially well. For I know that in this that Draco is a very strong leader, but is insecure about ruling the kingdom alone or with someone that he doesn't love and respect. That Harry is a shy lord from the outskirts of the kingdom and that he wants to marry for love. He has a fury and passion within him. These are things that she has created within her own characters of Harry and Draco. And she does this, with all of the in-depth characters in her story. Her ability to describe is to be admired.
My Description: AU. Draco is a Prince, Harry will become his intended. Romance, drama and all that good stuff. Yet, Draco knows something about Harry that he doesn't. Something very important, an may very well affect the entire Kingdom.

Title: A Consort's Loyalty
Author: Desolate03
Rating: R
Length: 51230 words; 13 chapters; WIP
Summary: It's Seventh Year. Draco has a prophecy of his own to fulfill. Marrying Harry Potter. Mpreg.
Why I recommend: Desolate03 does amazing things with imagery. The way that she describes the scenery and the characters and the plot altogether, is vivid and gorgeous. I love the Elvin Realm, even though I sure my view of it is far from the actual picture that she has in her mind. It's that she leaves everything open to visualize, that makes this fic trully beautiful.
My Description: Another "Draco-is-not-human-but-is-really-a-magical-creature" fiction. Instead of being trapped as a Veela, Draco turns out to be of Elven Blood. He's in "tuned" with nature, as well as Lucius who is High Lord of the Elven Realm. Harry is Draco's mate, and at first Harry just begrudgingly goes along with the mating and Marraige. But as he learns who Draco truly is, he slowly starts to fall in love...

Title: Tempus Fugit
Author: Stylophile
Rating: R
Length: 91101 words; 13 chapters; Complete
Summary: A monumental cock-up in Potions leaves Harry and Draco contending with more than mutual enmity, and a strong desire to utter all manner of profanities. Slash, sex and slurred words ensue.
Why I recommend: Hmmm..how to describe this wonderfully constructed piece of literature? Well first of all, not to be crude but Stylophile is the shit. This whole plotline had me from the get-go. I Loved reading this fiction. There are not many fictions that move me to read them more than once, but this is one of the stories that I could. I love stories where Harry and Draco still hate each other, and gradually fall in love, because to me, it is NOT plausible for these two characters to just get over all of the animosity that they have for eachother and just up and fall in love. Their love is a process, it needs cultivating and attention. I think through Tempus Fugit Stylophile convincingly illustrates this.
My Description: Harry and Draco are yet again pairs in potions class..(I <3 snape)...a potions screw up sends them into the world of their future selves. What they discover is that their futures are now intertwined. Now *past* Harry and Draco have to deal with *future* Harry and Draco's friends, careers and relationships. Through all this, they learn who they really are and to rely on each other.

Title: Ab Epistulus
Author: Autumn LeCroix
Rating: R
Length: 56577 words; 10 chapters; WIP
Summary: 15 yrs after Hogwarts, Draco owns a bookstore and ends up developing a correspondence with the author of his favorite novel. Humor, the abuse of a perfectly good lemon, renegade books, cold showers, and those "good intentions" that go bad.
Why I recommend: First Question, is Autumn LeCroix your real name? And Second Question, what does your title mean? But other than those ponderings, Draco and Blaise and Harry are great in this. The whole plotline is wonderful, i was like.."How'd she think of that?" and the Letter back in forth between Draco and "J.Evans" are so great. It's Just a wonderful read.
My Description: A future fic that takes place when Draco is 30, living in Edinburgh, Scotland. Draco owns a bookstore and ends up developing a correspondence with the author of his favorite novel. Through a series of letters, they learn more about each other than either thought possible and end up forging an unusual relationship that would not have been possible 15 years ago.

Title: Wind Rider
Author: Suishou Tenshi
Rating: R
Length: 51401 words; 7 chapters; WIP
Summary: Harry's heart stops beating before the night of his 16th birthday, but he wakes up 25 days later with a new addition. Draco is being tickled into insanity by a blazing desire, and who but Harry can save him?
Why I recommend: Draco urge to just NOT mate with Harry because of his pride for his family, is just so heartbreaking to me. He loves his mother and father so much, that he's willing to starve himself of Harry's essense. It's touching, and Lucius and Narcissa and the best parents ever in this fic! I love it, because I don't see alot of that. I either see, very cold!Narcissa or BastardEvilDeathEater!Lucius...or Both. So seeing them acting as good parents should made me love this, also the Harry/Draco love is the bombdiggidy.
My Description: Harry and Draco have Wings!! Draco is lusting after Harry, and Harry has no idea why..

Title: Wicked
Author: Desolate03
Rating: R
Length: 6451 words; 3 chapters; WIP
Summary: It's been ten years. A lot can change in ten years. Voldemort's dead; and Harry's right around the corner. Can Draco help?
Why I recommend:Um...this is the first Vamp!HD fict that I have read. I've been avoiding them up until recently, when I find they are not that bad. I think I was avoiding them because I didn't want to crossover into my old fandom, BtVS. But this fic is really pretty good, agan Desolate03 entralled me with her image of Vamp!Draco (who is pretty hot, btw) and poor mislead Harry.
My Description: With Voldemort no longer alive to occupy Harry's time, Harry finds that he has nothing to live for, the Wizarding world forgets about their onetime hero, and Harry is left wandering the streets. Draco spots him at his club one day and decides to makes something of Harry's Nonexistant life.

Title: Doppleganger
Author: Vichan
Rating: R
Length: N/A words; 15 chapters; WIP
Summary: Harry sees himself in a mirror with a green towel. Draco is nice to him one second, and his typical self the next. What does it all mean?
Why I recommend: I love AU's where Harry and Draco meet themselves from a different world, and one of pair of Harry and Draco (confusing you yet?) are dating and the other pair Isn't. The ones that hate each other are like, "WTF?" The dialogue is just great!
My Description: Exactly what the title says. HArry and Draco from another world come through a special Mirror to meet their counterparts. Harry and Draco learn alot about each other and themselves, all because of their dopplegangers.

Title: Gold Tinted Spectacles
Author: Beren
Rating: R
Length: 194,188 words; Complete
Summary: Harry is about to enter his seventh year, and things are not quite what he expected. He is no longer the angry boy who watched his world fall apart at the end of his fifth year, but neither has he completely found his place yet. He is looking for something, and to his confusion it seems to have something to do with Draco Malfoy
Why I recommend: My favorite story of the H/D fandom. This plot is truly amazing, and surprisingly unique from a lot of the other stories that I've read (...and I've read loads). Characterizations of both Harry and Draco were wonderful, and the dialogue was awesome. Truly a masterpiece.
My Description: Much similiar to the "Draco is a Veela!" plot, only not. This time, Harry is not normal, and for some reason, Draco is very much apart of Harry's Changing state. Through Harry's trials, he learns to depend on Draco in a way he never thought possible. Very Rich details, compliments the very long story and plot twists. Be prepared to stay at the computer for awhile. You're going to get hooked.

Title: Never Left Behind
Author: Minerva Alistor
Rating: R
Length: 134,467 words; Complete
Summary: After significant summers, Harry and Draco learn that you are not always who others think you are.
Why I recommend: Romantically good. Characters are a bit OOC, but this is fanfiction. Wonderfully written story, with a good plot. Anyone who likes romance, I suggest this. Sequels How the Other Half Live and Sweet Sixteen are also up.
My Description: Begins post-5th year. Malfoy Manor is seized after Lucius's Imprisonment, Draco is obviously distraught by this, while Harry has to deal with the Death of Sirius. Draco is tortured by the aurors for any information that he might have. These events change both Harry and Draco, and they form some sort of alliance. Over time they realize they really aren't that different. Marriage and Bonding Ensues. Lots of Fluff.

Title: The Depths of Winter
Author: Cosmic
Rating: R (I'm seeing a pattern, aren't you?)
Length: 98,670 words; WIP
Summary: Four years after getting out of Hogwarts, Harry lives alone in the Muggle world. He has turned his back on the magical world – until one day, when Draco Malfoy gets into a car crash before Harry’s eyes and ends up paralyzed in a wheelchair
Why I recommend: Unique plot. Draco being a paraplegic somehow intrigued me. Don't ask. Just read. Good story.
My Description: Post-Hogwarts. Harry flees from his past in the wizarding world, hopeing to start anew. But something always has to screw it up. One day he witnesses his long time rival, Draco Malfoy, in a motorcycle incident. After learning that he is paralyzed from the waist down, Harry takes it upon himself to take care of Draco, and also learns to love him. Great Plot Twists. Loved this one.

Title: Beautiful Boy
Author: Debra Fran Baker
Rating: NC-17
Length: 42,981 words; One shot; Complete
Summary: N/A
Why I recommend: Um...I just liked this one. Was rather random, but if you trust me, which I'm sure you don't, you'll like it also. For the smut!addict in you.
My Description: After stealing one of Dudley's plain Porn Magazines, Harry comes across an explicit picture that reminds him of his favorite enemy. With nothing better to do during the summer, Harry reads up on how he can make this picture more lively and more accurate, Magically induced of course. Back in school, Harry finds his fantasies can be reality too. *Mwah* Naughty fic warning.

Title: Some Things Never Change
Author: Tom Riddle2
Rating: R
Length: 30,395 words; WIP
Summary: Harry and Draco share a son. They love their son unconditionally, but, will they ever manage to go a day without fighting or find common ground? Time has passed and they have grown, but some things never change.
Why I recommend: Their son is ADORABLE and clever. And I like him. Harry and Draco bickering every five minutes is amusing also. It's a good read. Too bad it's not complete.
My Description: 23 year olds Harry and Draco try to balance their lives, their quarrels, and sex all at the same time. But will they ever realize that their son is the most important issue at hand? In this story, most likely not. Has just the right amount of Angst and Humor. I commend this fiction.

Title: A Moment in Time
Author: The Shadow Bandit
Rating: R
Length: 143,747 words; WIP
Summary: AU: Harry learns during his seventh year that his life can change forever in a single moment in time.
Why I recommend: I seem to like Alternate Universe fictions. Anyhow, this is another beautifully written story.
My Description: As Harry suffers a loss of the Wizarding World's faith, he learns that family values are the most important things of all. Harry's character was formed excellently in this fiction, as was Draco's. The plot is also something to be loved. Anyone who enjoys novel length stories, this is a good read. To bad it's not finished, Damn you WIP'S!

Title: Honor Never Lasts
Author: Spiras Stargate
Rating: R
Length: 36,530 words; WIP
Summary: Set after Harry kills Voldemort. Both Harry and Draco once loved each other, but had to give it all up. Now 15 years since they last saw each other, they want it back, but there are a few problems. (Slash)
Why I recommend: Yay! Future Generation fic! Harry and Draco's sons! Yay! Slash!
My Description: Woot! This is a weird one. Harry and Draco's sons (by different people) meet at Hogwarts and fall in love, little do they know that their fathers use to be in a relationship and have decided to renew it.

Title: A Song Unsung
Author: Serenitas
Rating: NC-17
Length: N/A; WIP
Summary: Harry's not as golden as people think, but Draco's just as hateful. Harry is condemned as a dark wizard and the Slytherins revel in his fall from grace. They decide to show him what being a dark wizard truly means.
Why I recommend: Um, Dark!Harry's hot? No really, this fanfiction is truly an amazing tale. Contains angst, bonding, and Slytherin!Harry. And Serenitas is Amazing... Ok, yes it really is because Dark!Harry is hot. Hmmph.
My Description: Written with a wicked twist on Draco and his Veela inheritance. Draco knows that there is nothing he can do about who his mate happens to be, but he sure as hell can control how the bonding is going to go. When he finds out that his mate is a certain Boy Who Lives, Draco decides not to make the experience easy on Harry, namely breaking him.

Title: Time is Irrelevant
Author: Luna Death
Rating: R
Length: 38,625 words; WIP
Summary: Harry goes against Dumbledore's warning and uses a Time Turner to try saving his parents. It turns out more different than he thought.
Why I recommend: Time travel stories are neat. It's definately my love of Alternate Universes showing for this one. I just love to see what happens when people fuck with time. All the events that happens and the way people change because of certain events, it's all just so fascinating. Luna Death really molded these Different-Time-Different-Place!characters well, and poor Harry is just so lost! Excellent read!
My Description: Harry's determined to use the Time Turner to change how he's living life now, what he doesn't know is that things don't happen the way he wants them to, nor does he know how to change what he's done. Things get a little twisted, with same people but with new personalities, different situations, and Harry doesn't think he'll ever manage to make things right again.

Title: Corruption
Author: Beren
Rating: NC-17
Length: N/A; One Shot; Complete
Summary: Voldemort has captured Harry and for his own twisted reasons has chosen not to kill him outright. Revenge in the Dark Lord's mind requires a fate worse than death and Harry is about to find out what that is.
Why I recommend: Where do I start? Well first off, if you know Beren wrote this, you know it's going to be amazing. I can't explain why this story is a *MUST* read. The plot is amazing, I don't know where she gets this stuff, but she better keep it coming. The sequels; Distortion and Alteration are excellent as well.
My Description: Voldemort's decided that he'd rather have Harry on his side, rather than dead. When Harry realizes that Voldemort wants him as a pawn in his plans, he takes matters into his own hands and turns the Dark Lord's plans against him. But how does Draco Malfoy play into any of this? You'll just have to read to find out.

Title: Under the Influence
Author: Tara Diane
Rating: R
Length: N/A; WIP
Summary: No Summary
Why I recommend: Well for 1) Tara Diane's fucking awesome, and 2) She's this person. That had nothing to do with it? Say What? Don't look at me that way. Ok, ok. Tara Diane's writing style is something to be admired. The way she molds her characters is remarkable, and this certain fanfiction proves that. I especially love the way Harry observes things and the way he acts in this certain piece. The interaction between Harry and Draco are wonderful, and the dialogue in itself is enough to draw you to the story. I love this one.
My Description: As a Pessimistic!Harry attends a reunion (most likely set up by Hermione), Harry meets an old-school rival and things start to get heated, and not in a good way...well, not yet anyway. :) Also features Harry/Remus!Friendship. Something that I don't see alot, but when I do I love. Go read!!

Title: Alls Well that Ends Well
Author: Mayura Nacht
Rating: R
Length: 38,698 words; WIP
Summary: Love potions can be dangerous and contain life altering consequences. Draco is now forced to choose between what he's known and running away. Is his child's life worth loosing his own? Can or will Harry help?
Why I recommend: Theirloveisso...M-PREGGERS!! Yeah so what if I'm retarded? Take it up with TinA, C0mm0n3rs!!! But really, this story, is kind of weird to describe and it's a wonder I find it wonderful, because Harry's MIA for a long time, and that usually annoys me, but for this story, his absense is explained and I think the reason for that is awesome. This story is intriguing and I can't wait for Mayura to finish this wonderful piece.
My Description: After comsuming a love potion gone awry, both Harry and Draco experience consequences, but for some reason Draco only experiences the ones that sends his life spiraling. Leaving his love for Harry behind, Draco now has his reasons to start a new life, and teach a new one.
